So to introduce myself again I'm 19 and have always had penis curvature as far as I can remember. About 1 month ago I discovered it was probably peyronies disease so I read that PE exercises could possibly correct it. I want to stress that I went very light, basically just rubbing the side since I wanted to be careful and only for a few days, in that time I then read that this could make the problem worse so I immediately stopped it and thought better safe than sorry, sometime around there I got a pain in my penis, I can't be certain if it was from the light PE but I can't think what else it could be. I thought this would just go away so I ignored it, it's not really pain but I found (sorry for having to get explict) it awkward to wank as normal so I just wanked 2 hands instead so I didn't feel anything. A month later and it's still bad, my penis seems more bent than before, and seems to be almost numb if I wank with one hand as normal. So I am now scared

I thought of abstaining from masturbation for a few months and gently applying castor oil hoping it would go back to how it was, is this a recommendable option or should I be aware of something?

I know some will say go to a doctor but I have server anxiety and the thought of having to explain this to my parents is too much, they're a bit odd for  parents and laugh and mock you if you say you want to go to a doctor for something "it's just nonsense"

Here is my advice:

Abstain from masturbating. Apply HotHands, or a rice sock, or some kind of heat to your penis daily. Begin taking oral supplements (go to my timeline for more info) if you can get them/have the money. Begin light manual traction. Begin light VED. Change your diet to keto if possible and do intermittent fasting. If you have the money to spare, look into stem cells. That's the best advice I can give you for now. Water fasting could be promising as well; I'm testing it soon.

How long have you had Peyronie's symptoms for? Can you feel any plaque/scar? Where is it located? How many degrees is your bend if you had to estimate?

And for each therapy I recommended, go to the respective subforum for more info. Best of luck!

How very sad you don't have parents that you can turn to about this  :(

How do you know you have peyronie's at this moment, has your penis curve got worse over the pasts months?

If you are living with your parents do you have strict privacy to masturbate, it's important as anxiety of being caught means you could be using too much pressure to quickly cum. Don't feel guilty about masturbating by the way as everyone does, you just need a gentle technique and try not (if you do) use porn as that eventually will put you on the way to PIED (porn induced erectile dysfunction).

For anxiety you could try paper bag breathing (to increase CO2) as I have experienced some benefits from doing so, particularly if you exercise regularly  :)

Good luck
