Yes, for me total abstinence from masturbation and partial abstinence from sex (not too often ; very slow) is a total must, at least in the acute phase.

Regarding castor oil, I can now claim that is does not shrinks or cure the plaque, but it has many, many benefits: I use it as a perfect lubricant for VED and PMP's succion cup, as a final touch when I apply my essential oils mixture on my junk, as a balm when I have irritations or rashes due to VED and traction... It's surely a good adjuvant for a Peyronie folk, even if it's not a proper cure.

  I agree with gabriel. Castor oil is not a cure for peyronies, but it's definitely goof for the penis, especially if like me you're using harder topical treatments such as dmso and doing stretching with hand,traction or VED.

 I use an organic castor oil on a daily basis in the morning and before bed.
