I am not sure where I would be today without this forum, so thanks to all who share on this site.

I am two months into treatment which gradually evolved into the multilayer approach I have been using for the
last three weeks.

Oral; acetyl l carnitine 2000 mg, CoQ10 400 mg, and pine bark 200 mg all daily of course.

Diet; 3 weeks into Keto and 16 hour circadian cycle fasting.

Exercise; 4 x running weekly mixed with brisk walks - 10,000 steps daily average. I am struggling a bit with
hitting the sweet spot with diet and running. Some runs a bit flat due to energy.

I am using the manual traction method recommended by NeoV. I also heat twice a day and apply Castor oil after.

I appear to have stopped advancement of Peyronies Disease and just noticed about a 50% decrease in the plaque that is causing a left
curve - 25 degrees - and dent. I planned on showing my partner the plaque through touch last evening but
had difficulty locating it at first!

I didn't measure the plaque but it was about the length of a kidney bean and about 20% the dia. The change is in the diameter - not the length. The curve and dent haven't changed at this point.

I would say the diet and IF have had the biggest impact so far - best guess. I am not claiming to be cured
but I think this treatment is working. I am going with this treatment for 3 months - end of Nov and will consider changes
based on results. I am holding off on using the VED I purchased until then.

I love hearing improvement and progress reports, gives me hope and inspiration to keep going with my own regime.

Good luck and keep up the good work.

Amazing! I'm very happy for you! I also believe that keto fasting is HUGE in helping this disease, and is the only thing I am missing right now.

Here is my obligatory advice that I give to everyone: If you aren't already on Pentox or Cialis, they can be helpful. Also consider water fasting for a few days to a few weeks (be careful) if possible; this is the one thing I am very much looking forward to seeing the results of that I have not done yet.

Also, it might not be bad to have a SMALL amount of carbs immediately before you run so that you have a little bit of glycogen to burn; it will mostly all be used for energy, and you can experiment with just how little to give yourself. Keto diets for athletes are different than your average person.

Thanks for those tips js1991. I upped the carbs a bit yesterday and ran 2 Hours later with better results. Will add pentox and Cialis a bit later in the treatment process. I will experiment with periodic 24 and 36 hour fasting sessions at some point.

Philtered, I wasn't sure about posting such a minimal gain. Glad it helps. My hope was to inhibit progression, so far so good. The decrease in plaque volume at this point was a surprise. Still a long road.....
