Nesbit for 90 degree upward curvature?

I met with my highly qualified surgeon last week. He told me that my 90 degree upward bend could be fixed with plication surgery. From what I've read on this Board, the Nesbit procedure is best for less than 45 degree bends.

2 years ago I had my prostate removed following a cancer diagnosis and have been on Cialis ever since. Perhaps this could be part of his reluctance to do the graft procedure.

Any counsel?

Thanks!

you shouldn't be worried. Plication is the best option in many cases

Plication for a 90 degree curve will result in significant length loss.  Is this cogenital or peyronies?

Having tried several remedies to no avail and having read up on all other treatments
over the last 5 years it seems to me that plication surgery is the most
practical resolution if you don't have ED...yes you will lose length...you will end up with the number of inches you have on the shorter side of your bend as the surgery leads to stitching on the longer side leading to that longer side duplicating the shorter side's length...out-patient...no de-gloving and all that entails...haven't done it yet but am considering it...keep waiting for the miracle cure that will never come...

You may want to consider, pentox, xiaflex and traction or VED to see what improvement you can realize before or preventing surgery.
