Any chance that if pentox shrinks plaques that ED caused by Peyronie's might improve or go away ? Or is that a separate issue...

Just wondering whether taking these pills is actually benefitting me at this stage.

Also how long until I notice changes if I'm taking Pentox?

I know I have made a few posts already but nobody bothers to answer and nobody knows.

Anyone know how I can contact comebackid a user who used to post here ?

I have been using Pentox for some years now and my peyronies has stabilized with only slight bend and no pain. Over the last two years my ED has got progressively worse and no combinations of pills work anymore.I am now doing testosterone injections which is not enough help either with my testosterone at 550. I am now doing Trimix ICI penis injections which works great. I also have a venous leak and go limp if I lay down. Currently I am doing the Trimix injection and use a cock ring to hold the blood flow and do not lay down but stay kneeling. I am 74.

Hey Sonny,

I really don't know, and actually ask myself the same question as you... and as many of us here I think!

I want to believe that softening plaque with pentox + stretching the tunica with a thorough daily VED for one year would help the dorsal vein occlusion process to work properly again, and thus limit or even eliminate venous leakage... But I actually have no clue, and will see over time (first of all, I have to get out of the f... acute stage)!

If you're not getting natural erections on your own it might be beneficial to use a VED to produce erections. Without erections the lack of bloodflow to the area could cause more damage.

What do your urologists have to say about your condition? I'm shocked no doctor has given you any good advice or diagnosis considering you have severe ED in your 20s.

Offering the injections but to be honest I don't see that as moving forward having to inject myself in my 20s doesn't really look good for my future does it.

I'd rather have an implant if nothing else can be done but even then I'm not excited about that either.

What else really can be done at this stage ?

If injections would work, why not?  An implant is generally a last resort—not that it should be put off when needed of course.

At my age I don't think I can really see myself sneaking to the toilet to inject myself every time I want to have sex. That would probably put me off even thinking about sex to be honest.

I want the spontaneity back in my life.

Hey Sonny,

Have you read this thread recently made by Hawk ? Is a Penile Implant Really a Last Resort - Peyronies Society Forums

I found it really, really interesting from a psychological point of view... And actually both exciting and relieving. I'm 31, single and suffering from psychological (and physical?) ED since my mid-twenties, although I have no problem socializing and attracting women (which is even worse in some way). Paradoxically, Peyronies Disease helped me a little while bringing me nofap and Cialis: I still have sex once or twice in a month, but I can get an actual boner and enjoy it (briefly though).

Anyway, after reading Hawk's thread, I know that if my ED does not better over time, I may consider jumping directly to an implant. What we're talking about here, is having perfect erections whenever you want, as long as you want, free from any Peyronie's/plaque/veins/blablabla problem. This just requires a little discreet pumping (6-7 pushes I believe), and that's a paramater that can be easily overcome when you already had to face Peyronie's and ED for months, if not years.

What do you think about it?

If they could guarantee me no more loss of size I would go for an implant but the thing is, the NHS are unlikely to give me a decent implant because they will be looking to save money. I am a young guy, I don't have the money to go privately and pay a top surgeon to give me a decent implant and the NHS will probably just do a bodge job to get rid of me quicker.

Is there actually any chance of pentox getting rid of at least some of the scar tissue to give me a chance at regaining some function without having to go down that route?

I could live with my current size if I could just get fully erect but it doesn't happen even with pills. I can feel something inside my penis even when I'm not touching it it's like there is damage within the spongy tissue that I can feel all of the time...

Pentoxiphiline is usually used for poor leg circulation. I took it for years on the recommendation of my urologist. I did not like the way it made my body feel though. It is basically a vasodialator.  For a while, Target pharmacy supplied it, then pharmacies were telling me it was no-longer available so I ordered it from overseas until customs started seizing it.

Reduced blood flow causes scaring. Scar tissue is dense. Very dense so it does not have good blood flow either which in turn makes things worse yet.  Increasing blood flow will help slow the cycle but it won't make your body replace scar tissue you already have.

I do not think the Pentox did much but an alternative that works on every vein in the body is if your doctor will go along is Adcirca. It is the same med as Cialis. I take 1/2 of a 20 mg pill 2x daily. Veins in my arms look huge.  You have to have a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension to get insurance to pay for it so in this case the insurance would be buying your Cialis. The cost is $4040 a month for a bottle of 60. Generic came out last month but guess what?  It costs the same as the real deal Adcirca.   Adcirca like Cialis has the side effect of stuffy nose but I think does a lot more for blood flow than Pentoxiphiline plus helps keep my blood pressure in a pleasing territory. If you pay for your own meds, it is a nightmare cost and pentox might be a better alternative. Cheers.

So what results am I likely to see, are the lumps likely to shrink at all or only soften ?
