Stage surgery
« on: September 11, 2018, 11:02:59 AM »

I have ventral curvature since birth (45-50 degree).

on 27.9 i have an appointment with Kuehhas about my problem.

I know that the penis is going to be shorter then before :/

How much lenght loss can i expect ? about 2 cm ? Does Phallosan works for getting at least some lenght after surgery ?

Thanks in advance

No need to worry about it. After the surgery your genital will have almost the same length of the previous shorter side, since the long side is shortened to achieve the balance. You will take medicine to avoid erection, so you will expect a weak and shorter penis but nothing to worry about. After you stop taking the medicine and use phallosan your genital will have the same length of the "short side" and achieve some actual length.

A good way to predict the size you will have after the surgery is the following method.

Find Soft Tape Measure. Do this on the short side of the penis, the place where the bend is.

Place the beginning (0) at the base of your penis. Do it when you have a good erection.
Roll the tape to the tip of your penis. Make sure the tape follows the curvature and is touching the skin, not hanging in the air. Try to be precise and realistic :)
That length of the short side is probably going to be the final length of your penis after healing.

This is what I did before my STAGE surgery and it was pretty accurate for me. I had the same degree of curvature.

I don't think you should be worried about size. Function is always more important  :)
It took me several months to gain the full length after my surgery.

Good luck!

Hello djordj, have you had intercoursevw your curve?  A cogenital curvature is much more useable  When there is peyronies w the same degree of curvature often has an abrupt rather than gradual curve (less stable and more difficult for entry).  As well, it is often accompanied by shortening and narrowing of the penis.  Sometimes the waisting or narrowing is so severe that there is a hinge effect (unstable for intercourse).  As well, plaque can also contribute to Erectile Dysfunction.  Of course you can have surgery, but if it’s not a problem then why shorten your penis and possibly have side effects such as less sensation or Erectile Dysfunction?  Intercourse can be better in certain positions with a curve (stimulating your partners special spot).  Tony

i have a question guys........ why are everyone against Correction Of Penile Curvature By Rotation Of The Corpora Cavernosa ? i know you loose some girth (1 cm max) but still..... i think its better technique as STAGE.

I want to hear your opinion

Hello jirood..first of all sorry for my poor english..any how i will try to convey my findngs on both the techniqs..
as far as my finding about stage  surgery you can consider it as a variation of nestbit plication..actualy what doctors are doing  is they just open up the corpora Casanova at the longer side just oposit to the curve and make small incisions and suited it with absorbable suitors..as the suitors devolve the incisions stick together by healing process such that the curvature does not reccure..in stage they are depending on geometrical principles such that the incisions are very minimal so as to reduce the size of the incision and hence shortening ..also it helps in healing and post operative trauma..i think if a good surgeon doing the nest bit procedure he will also follow almost all the steps in stage..that is why for me there is not much difference in both..
in case of the length they are demanding that after using phallosaphan port a stretching device they can almost regain the full length ..but for my concern  i am not fully support this..in actual why there is a curvature in our tool..it is because of the length difference at both sides right?as blood flow enlarges the penis the tension developed will be such that it will force the penis to bend towards the shorter side..by using the stretching device they are forcing the longer side which was   shortened by the procedure to stretch and enlarge ..this cause the post operative bend..you can search in the forum almost all the cases they have slight degrees of curvature back..see if they are using the pallospahn port again i can bet they will again increase their curvature not the length...i even think that in case if you are doing the stage surgery use the stretching device prior to the operation for six month and get the maximum length and hence maximum curvature and go for the surgery ;)

now we can talk about the rotation Technic..for me the main concern in this Technic is the usage of permanent suitors..am a guy made contact with Dr shaer several times..he always recommend permanent suitors strongly..even in corporal rotation and his plication Technics he is not touching the corpos cavonosa but the flesh above is incised and suited together..hence he is using only permanent suitors..but he is also performing classic nest bit with sbsorbable suitors hence cutting corpus cavanosa ..but some members in this forum demanding that some doctors in Europe performing rotation Technic using absortbable suitors..but i dont know how it is possible..the devisor of the technique himself saying that he is using permanent suitors..
now the question is are you ready to leave permanent suitors in your body..i asked to osama shaer weather i can feel the suitor after surgery ..he honestly told me yes you can feel it but not in a bad way.you can feel it as small subcutaneous lumps..as per his argument possibility of recurrence is very low with permanent suitors and this suitors are dependable for the life time...at this point i can say one thing even in those persons who did stage or nestbit they had full erection before the suitors are fully absorbed.they had even did sex with the undissolved suitors.only they can convey that experience..
the cost of   rotation surgery is almost half that of the stage  ..and for plication price again going down with shaer..one thing i can guarantee he is experienced and he did lot a number of surgeries..but unfortunately no one inthis forum has got any experience with him..i think it is because this forum is based mainly with europe and hence most surgical experience is with european doctors..any hew i met with a doctor(a proven surgeon in kidney transplantation unfortunately not practicing penile surgeries) in my country who was college of Kheuass..actually i went there to get a letter about my problem to present in embassy..in actual he was full confidence with khuhass..at that time embassy denayed my visa..now  i am short in fund so considering to go with dr shear..i discussed all these case with my doctor and he told me he need 3 weeks time he will study all this and comment about what to do  next..i am waiting for his response now...

after the stage surgery, the penis has the size of the shorter size before surgery. So if you have 16cm long penis, and the shorter size is 14 cm, than after the STAGE surgery the penis will be 14 cm long.

As the rotation operation..... id like it better to be honest. try Dr.Natalio Cruz from Spain. He uses rotation technique, but not permanent suitors. The lenght of the penis stays almost  the same, you only lose girth, but  loss of girth is perceived. You dont even know the difference. And the rotation operation is safer than Stage.

ON 27.9 i have appointment with dr. Kheuass so we will see.

Forget about Kuehhas. He is very young and many of patients have very bad experiences with him. You can go to him but in my opinion it is very risky.

For example dr Gelman has told me about their records maintained by a full time database manager yet always in need of ongoing updates, and have no reported complications of erectile dysfunction or significant curvature after plication.  That would suggest a 0% chance having these problems with surgery.  However, certainly it would not be fair to suggest that there would be a 0% change of this in future patients.

Ask Kuehhas about his records...

Dr gealman claims 0 cases of Erectile Dysfunction or curvature recurrence?? Well, that’s not possible FIRST because complications occur no matter how good the surgeon is and that’s a fact everybody in the field knows about SECOND worldwide literature says something different.

Erectile Dysfunction and especially recurrence of the curvature are always a possible consequence of any type of straightening surgery. Who says the contrary lies.

Of course my opinion is determined with what I got through, but I’d rather had a brain surgery than a straightening surgery. One day this type of surgery will be banned, today is still benefiting of its peculiarity. People are less prone to say out loud what’s going on than it happens with other procedures, and that means less accountability.

i had an appointment with DR. Kuehhas. He is a very nice person. He examined my penis. Everything is ok, except there is some scaring, but he told me that this is normal with my condition.  Im only worried about my size. He told me that, after the surgery my penis will be 13 cm long, but when he measured my penis, he said that my penis is 13 cm long. It is strange, because if i measured my penis, the longer side was 15 cm, i dont know about shorter size.

So im wondering, did he told me what size my penis will be after surgery or he measured it correctly (13 cm, but he measured it differently)) and it will be smaller after surgery ?

Guessing he measured your shorter side, which makes sense.
Forget about the long side at 15cm, that needs to be shortened to make your penis straight.

You can measure your own penis at home, get erect and measure the short side and that's is what your end up with.
