90 Degree Dangle

Obscure Key and Peele reference aside, I've joined this forum to try and solve my issue with what I believe to be Peyronie's disease. My skepticism stems from the fact that I don't portray every symptom of someone who suffers from the disease, such as the pain that should be associated with gaining an erection, but that isn't my case. I'm also in the so FORTUNATE position to have the curvature of my penis bend downwards when erect, pretty severely as well, almost a full 90 degrees. This isn't speculation mind you, I've been examined and looked at by several urologists and physicians who all seem to be dumbfounded by my curvature and suggested nothing but Colchicine, Vitamin E and of course surgery.

Now, I've tried the regimen of the first two, but, surprise, I've still got a curved erection, right about one third up the base (I'm 6.5 inches in length) and the curvature being downwards apparently makes me ineligible to try more effective treatments like Xiaflex, since apparently, that drug should never be used for treating Peyronie's when the plaque and or scar tissue is directly where the urethra is. My next option was having the surgery to correct the curvature manually, but, my fear and hatred for anything invasive aside, it's not without losing length, which, admittedly, I'm not shining too brightly in that department already. I've seen a couple of guys post online that they've lost as much as 2 whole inches to their length, which is NOT something I'm prepared for. On top of that, many of these poor guys had their curvature return within a matter of time, so it's like all that risk for nothing, plus you have a shorter penis.

Naturally, this is not something I want to happen to me, but I'm not really sure where to turn next. I've decided to try my luck here because you have to look for other sources of information as well, and frankly, who better to discuss this with than with others who suffer, or have suffered from this condition? As far as I've researched, it's all about taking the right supplements, pomegranate juice, a certain KIND of Vitamin E, something called Potex? (Which, I don't think is available in the states, where I'm from). I've even found some results for treatment via weight loss, taking magnesium, Vitamin K2, Acetylcarnitine
and taking a combination of  vitamin C and two amino acids, L-Lysine and L-Proline (A Linus Pauling Protocol). I've also heard of a form of therapy called extracorporeal shockwave therapy, essentially zapping the penis to dissolve the plaque I guess. My last ditch would be using a penile traction device to manually straighten out this damn curve. I've even seen some site suggest HGH was good for getting rid of the disease, but that's WAAAYY too complicated to procure on my own, since I know I don't really have a justifiable reason for it's prescription since my physicians would just recommend me surgery and Xiaflex, or tell me to suck it up.

Now, I should establish, I'm 19 years old, with very little money to spare, in between jobs, but, hopefully it won't be for much longer, and I'm willing to try ANYTHING. I don't judge the method as long as it's effective and doesn't leave any kind of substantial chance for damage or long term negative effects. PLEASE, can any of you help out with this or share your experience if it relates at all to mine? I should mention I'm also at something of a disadvantage because I have SEVERAL food allergies, (soy, dairy, eggs, nuts, treenuts, strawberries and bananas). I'm also extremely incapable of gaining weight to save my life so losing those 12 pounds recommended isn't exactly ideal either. I also RELIGIOUSLY eat red meat, but I don't know if it's just a myth that it's purported artery clogging factors extend to the penis area. I also must admit that I've probably done most of the damage myself, unwittingly, as I never noticed how erections were generally supposed to look, so all the while I was viciously watching porn and beating off (since I was 7), I never cared to notice that my dick seemed to be one of the few that had a distinct, almost boomerang sort of shape, probably largely brought on from all the aggressive masturbation.

Even if money wasn't an issue, I still want to find the most effective and cheap method to cure this damn thing so I can START a sex life. Of the 2 times I've had the opportunity to had sex, one didn't really materialize into anything due to ED, but I noticed that came only through performance anxiety, as I don't have any any problems with it normally, and the other time involved me being able to penetrate, but as you can imagine, there's no, for lack of better terms, back and forth motion capable from my end due to the stupid, downward "L" shaped erection. It's like some kind of sick joke, but I don't really have anyone else to turn to except you beautiful people because everything else I've tried was either evasive, ineffective, evasive and ineffective, or evasive, ineffective, dangerous and with long term consequences that extend to psychological and emotional proportions.

Sorry for the rambling, I hope to find my footing and efficiency in my thoughts as I spend more time on here.

It sounds like this could be cogenital as you mention you've had the curve since you've been mastrubating.  If that's true, none of the peyronies treatment are effective except surgery.

Not all people have pain. I certainly didn't and I have been diagnosed by a specialist. Woke up one day and it just looked strange. Kept worsening for 5 months. Mine is upward.

Good luck with whatever direction you go medically.
