I just find it hard to use traction after taking Sildenafil bc I start to get an erection everytime I try to put the device on.

Hi, you must be having erection problems if your taking Sildenafil, what dosage are you taking? the effect should wear off within 9 to 10 hours.

I am not having erection problems. I just heard it helps for treatment.

My treatment is:
-pentoxy 400x3
-L-arginine
-traction + VED

Could I still see results if I do not use Sildenafil?

Yes, you could have good results without it.  If you can take 5 mg or even 2.5 mg at bedtime and still do VED/traction without erections during the day you might have better results.  But if needed due to erections,  better to stop it and do the VED and traction.

I found that adding a low-dose of tadalafil (Cialis) to my oral regimen helped to reduce the pain. I wish that I had started it sooner during my treatment as it was the only thing that helped to reduce my peyronie's pain.
