Hi brothers.
I'm here to look for answers because i don't trust urologists anymore. My big question is: is vascular surgery useful or possibly useful for ED caused by venous leak?
I read many many scientifical papers, vascular surgery is out there since 50 years but showed no effect in the long term - sometimes it is even dangerous.

Recently, i read about 3 interesting techniques: 1 by dr. Kuehhas and dr. Paduch, 1 by dr. Geng-Long-Hsu (if i'm not wrong - he's from Taiwan Hsu`s Andrology) and another one by some italian radiologists, here you can take a look: https://www.jvir.org/article/S1051-0443 ... 3/abstract

All of them claim great suggest rates and "new tecniques" to treat this kind of ED. (i'm referring to venous leakage)

Now: after some research on FT forum ,i found out a really really sad story: gollam's story. I read about many other guys that underwent the first kind of surgery by dr Kuehhas and finally got implanted because the satisfaction was nearly 0.

But i would like to know:

1. if the other 2 surgeries, the one from dr. hsu and the one provided by italian radiologists, are legit;
2. even if they're not legit, do you think that venous leakage will ever be solved with surgery when we will have a better understanding of penile anatomy?
3. Do you know any other kind of "new great tecnique"? I am interesting to know as much as i can about the argument, so if you know something else please share.

PAY ATTENTION: i would like to have rational and scientifical answers. I am not considering an implant now, so please don't answer something like "go for an implant" or "venous surgery is bullishit you idiot" because i'm here to have a more clear vision. Urologists, which i payed a lot, were not able to give me an answer. Now i only trust to us, the patients!

Thank you really much for your answers and for your support - some of you are really helping me in this horrible disease, and i knew many great people here.
I wish you all the best.
