I have been pretty diligent about my traction regime, logging to date, 140 hours mounted up. Following are a few comments, observations regarding the experience with the X4 Labs device...if anyone is remotely interested ;) Comments are most welcomed.

-It takes a while to figure out putting it on, which straps are most comfortable, tension etc. There is a learning curve.
-At this point in the treatment, I have gained some noticeable girth, which doesn't make up for the Peyronie's loss, yet?
-I am experiencing "slightly" stronger erections, but still needing Viagra.
-There is a small bit of improvement with my mid-shaft hinging problem.
-My 60 degree to the left curve, doesn't seem to be improved, so far.
-I am periodically (every other day or so) waking up with morning wood, which I have rarely experienced since onset of Peyronie's.
-An outcome I wasn't expecting but excited about and enjoying, is the gradual appearance of a new foreskin! WooHoo!.
-I am feeling optimistic about even a moderate degree of improvement.
65, Albuquerque, NM. First onset 18 years ago. Original bend reach 90 degrees, now 60. Verapamil helped slightly, as did pumping early on. Now using traction and waiting for Medicare & my private insurance to cover an implant next year.

Very interesting.  I'm thinking if your stretching the foreskin, you're not likely exerting as much stretch in the shaft for the peyronies effect.

Warrior17, Thanks. I have now logged over 400 hours. Not quite where I wanted to be, but that life stuff gets in the way sometimes. My penis girth is noticeably increasing, rather than my length. I am surprised by that since I expected length over girth. The benefit of my small gains in girth at this point seem to be that the increase is gradually (albeit very slowly) mittigating the hinging, weakness mid shaft. For that I am very pleased and encouraged. Last week, using Viagra, I obtained an erection which was far more rigid and longer lasting without constant manipulation, than I have experienced in years. Not penetrative sex hard, but better than it's been in years! So I will keep mounting up in the contraption and keep hoping for any benefits I can get.

Tsanchez, Well, all I can say is that overall, the program seems to be very, very slowly improving my dick somewhat. I'll take it! As far as the foreskin issue goes, first, I am not unhappy with that surprising outcome. Second, I have communicated with a few other men well into a traction regime, and some generation of foreskin (additional skin towards the head of the penis) is not uncommon. Since I am seeing (and feeling) girth gains, and slightly improved erections, a bit of foreskin I haven't had since birth, is not unwelcome.

Are you taking any pictures to measure your progress?

Steve W

pfract, No I haven't and now I wish I had. However, the changes while encouraging, are slow and incremental. I'm not sure photos would show much dramatic, visible change at this point. But I can sure feel the change. Steve.

Steve - a monthly erection photo would be wise even if you have missed a few months. It may help in the future if you decide to consider other options. Just be sure to take the photo from the same angle/distance each month.
