25 years old and I'm new
« on: July 30, 2018, 02:27:21 PM »

Hi everyone,

A little background story of me when it happened. I was 18 years old, after I finish masturbating a couple of minutes later my shaft swell like a balloon, I never used any type of lubrication, basically I masturbated it dry. I was freaking out and so I showed my dad, he told me that it will go away on it's own, so we didn't go to the doctor. I googled around and notice it was something that happens a lot to people. The swelling went away a day later, did not feel any pain.  I never noticed what my penis look like before, I would just masturbate, so I'm not sure if I have a normal downward curvature that slight curves to the left. I should note it's not really like a full on downward curvature, because it points straight.

When I was 19 years old that's when I started to look at my penis a lot more. Noticed from the side I had a downward curve, fast forward to 23 years old. I would masturbate 3 to 5 times a day, I did it for three days, I noticed after I started to feel pain the next day, it only occurred when I got erected. Went to the doctor told her I think I have peyroines because I'm feeling pain with my erection for 3 days now, she look at my hand first to see if I have Dupuytren's contracture, and I didn't.  Then she ask me questions if I always had a down curvature that curves slightly to the left, and I couldn't remember, because like I said I never look at it before when I would masturbate until I was 19 years old. I told her that I masturbated to porn 3 to 5 times a day for 3 consecutive days, and she said your penis must be sore, and that could explain the pain you're experiencing in your erection. She didnt give me anything for it. The pain went away after 4 days, and I started to masturbate again, my curvature remain the same throughout, hasn't changed.

Okay now fast forward to today. I masturbated maybe 3 times a day now everyday, but I remember two weeks ago I was masturbating, I couldn't get it fully erected and sometimes it went soft so I would try to go fast to get it erected, after that I felt sore. The next day I started to feel pain for 2 days, then it went away. I would also purposely try to get myself erected to see if I still have pain or not during those 2 days, some erection were painful and some weren't.   Two days ago I masturbated again 3 times, I felt pain the first time, only when I flex it,  the second time after 6 hours has passed, I did it again, and didn't feel any pain at all, 3 am the next day I did it again and felt zero pain. Today I woke up with a morning wood and slight pain. I'm quitting masturbation so I can give it time to heal. I heard peyroines during the acute phase causes pain in your erection for a year? I haven't had sex yet, saving myself for the right girl. I've had girlfriends before but most of them were impatient to wait, so they dump me.

Update: So I wanted to test the waters and see if I still have pain from this morning when I got a morning wood. It's the afternoon now and I got erected and when I was flexing it as hard as I could, I realize the pain was gone. I'm so confused...

Hi, doesn’t sound like peyronies but probably cogenital curve and sometimes overuse.  Try to always use lube if you’re circumcised, never jerk off unless you can get hard, and back off and rest if any pain when playing w it. Sounds like all is good.

Hey, I would like to say thank you for replying to my post, because I know you didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate it!
This actually makes a lot of sense now, I am circumcised also so, I'll keep that in mind for now on. I may proceed in the near future with surgery to fix the Congenital penile curvature.

Be very cautious about surgery for a congenital curve if it’s useable as in some cases it can cause erection difficulties.
