Hi guys, I am on the verge of just saying F~@< it and jumping out the window. This ED is just not getting any better and I'm getting no help from urologists who just refer back to my first ultrasound saying that nothing was found so I am basically normal.

I have no venous leak shown on ultrasound but I just cannot maintain an erection without constantly stimulating myself, I cannot have a sex life like this.

What else left is there to try I am already taking Pentox, Cialis, using VED (every day) COQ10, l citrulline.

Nothing works...

What can explain this if I have no venous leak? I can't have a sex life like this and my dick just doesn't feel normal. The lumps aren't softening with pentox how long does it take?

Get some help with my depression ? By that I guess you mean take anti depressants and be doped up so I can basically accept there is nothing to really improve this?

I get it, there's no cure but I just thought that by people saying there are treatments that maybe something actually works to remove scarring and bring us back to a somewhat normal penis not one that has no point in being there...

I'm not even depressed, I was depressed a year ago, now I am just fed up.

get your self a implant before you crack up,

Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help things turn out for the best

And always look on the bright side of life
Always look on the light side of life

I can't afford an implant privately and the NHS won't do it because they can't even diagnose me with anything.

The lumps that I can feel didn't show on an ultrasound and the ultrasound shows that I have no venous leak (the ultrasound was done a year ago) could it be wrong? I don't understand how they can't see a problem when injections do nothing how can they not give me a diagnosis crap healthcare.

What else is left to try before I accept a mechanical and obviously even more shorter penis ?

Venous leak does not always show via ultrasound. You have to do a penile MRI. Ask "suicidecomingsoon" about it cuz he did ultrasound and nothing was found... but when he did the MRI, the venous leak was found.

I'm reading a lot about pentox helping but some people say it helps only in the acute phase and some say it helps even after that so I am not sure what to believe.

Viagra was working well for me a year ago but gradually stopped working but I have been taking Cialis 5mg a day with pentox hoping it would improve things but so far it hasn't.

Am I wrong to believe pentox could cure my ED if it reduces my scarring enough?

Sonnyjim. If you need someone to talk to. Hit my PMs . It's f'~c<+d up the NHS is refusing to help you with an implant. How are you financially? Maybe you can save up overtime? Or maybe take out a loan? You are worth it. Anyway, yeah hit my dms if you wanna talk
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

Who on the NHS did you see, when I went and got an implant they took me at my word that I needed one.
Think I took some pics showing how the top half of my penis was soft and they did have my case history.

Ask for a NPT testing using a RigiScan, this is what they should do to determine if you have ED issues for an implant.
The NHS should book you in for a night vist and then they use the Rigiscan to check bloodflow when you asleep for erection quality.

dear friend, do you have good erections at night or in the morning, even sometime (and not like every morning waking with the anxiety of it).

erection is a very complex thing! it revolves around many different chemical balances and psychological stimulations. Given an exaple, it is appearently dependant on dopamine which is stricly linked to your mood. I make it simple in an excessive way, but basically: if you can't obtain an erection, you became worried, if you worry you start to study the quality of your erection while having it, making it less likely that you get an erection on the first place. Having multiple experiences of any kind of not having an erection, basically making you believe you can't have a prolonged erection, can make you mildly depressed. Depression will affect dopamine levels, which will cause erections less likely or reliable or strong. So it is a downward loop as you can imagine...
I give you this example because it is i think to some level what happens to me too. Sadly only knowing this it's not really helping... What helps is taking an antidepressant working on dopamine (and not the serotonin involved which make the directly opposite effect, at least in theory, they are two different kinds of antidepressants) it immediatly changes the strenght of my erections.

I don't tell you this to invite you to try these drugs, as i am actually trying to understand if the drug or the erections that induce me actually make the peyronie worse or better. I tell you this because one should remember that he CAN obtain an erection in certain cases, it is almost certain that is ed is psychological. Knowing this won't make your depression disappear, but it is the first think to keep in mind while fighting the battle.

I don't think this is psychological at all, even pills do nothing for me. It's been going on for well over a year and a half.

No my numbness isn't getting better nothings getting better actually.

I don't get it. A normal person couldn't cause this much damage to their dick if they tried.
