well, ever since i settled my penis on upward position, it started to hurt when erected up. i tried to bend it down opposite to the direction which is upwards, and the muscle on my penis hurts, like.. from the base to the hole of its head when bent downwards. now i cant get proper masturbation i used to do and i am worried on my future sexual life. does this mean i have peyronie's disease? should i undergo to some sort of surgery? does anti-pain oral meds work? HELP!

It does not mean you have Peyronies. Many men's erections point upward so this is not unusual. When you bent it down you may have strained a ligament or muscle.

@LWillisjr - oh wait.. and as time goes by that it stays hard in there, my penis starts to bend upwards, which is im scared of. earlier, i started to put it downwards, hoping that it would solve the problem. what else can i do? should i take anti pain oral meds? HELPPPP

If the pain is new and not from you bending against the erection (never do that or it will cause damage). I'd talk to your doc ASAP.

Are you saying when it is soft it is fine, and when you are erect it hurts?

Dear kid, DONT TRY TO make it straight by bending. Don't push it. Don't pull it. Don't force it in positions where it is not going naturally. You are in an age in which body changes.

Some people have healthy perfectly normally bent or used. There are porn actors with Bebt penises.

You should be afraid as everybody is of change. Only a doctor could tell you what's going on. GO TALK AN UROLOGIST. Nobody on the internet can give you answers. I will give you a mandatory tip: don't bend the penis especially when it is erect, because you can hurt it. If your penis has a shape and you force it to stay in a different shape, you will bring pain. This doesn't mean that you have a disease, only that you don't like your body and you are hiring yourself trying to change it in the worst possible way
Stop bending your penis, go talk an urologist, a good urologist.
