Hi, like my handle implies, I have the bottle neck type of this.  My condition arose over the course of 2017 after I hade acute renal failure, and the ensuing treatment(can't remember the cname of the contraption I wore for 8 months) produced the ring around the peter.   I'm eager to learn more about this condition.

Welcome, I'd consider pentox, low dose daily cialis, and VED or traction to treat it.
