Since the beginning of my adolescence (13/14yo) I have struggled with the symptoms of bipolar II disorder. A large part of this disorder involves feeling VERY hypersexual during the manic phase and being very impulsive. My anxiety/depression that went along with the disorder barred me from any sexual relationships, so I stuck to what I knew: chronic masturbation, many times per day. When one masturbates like this, there is simply no time for lube and tissues so I simply beat it rough and dry from age 13-19. By 20, I noticed my flaccid penis was very indented at the shaft. I experience no pain in my erections and while my erection is curved, here's the thing: it always has been which I'm told is normal as the curve is slight. I've since cut back significantly and use a significant amount of lube and stroke VERY slowly and gently. I recently got an ultrasound from a urologists' assistant and they found a very small spot near the base of the head (the exact spot where I would death grip it). Now at 21, I know I shouldn't be doing anything to potentially make it worse at all but I simply cant help it. My sex drive is TOO f'^+'ing HIGH. Since cutting back however, I noticed no more "hourglass shape" to my flaccid penis and my erections remain the same. There used to be a bump below the head and that bump has since flattened. For some people, it seems peyronies can resolve itself on its own and Im starting to think Im one of those people but I wanted to get some opinions. I went to a urologist about a month ago and he said the spot on the ultrrasound was super small and hard to see and that based on what i told him, im one of the lucky ones :) as Im still pretty young and can heal better. He found nothing when feeling my flaccid penis but he did stretch it a bit which im told is bad (although he said it would be fine). The other day when taking a pi$$ i saw the indentation for the first time in a while in the middle and not the bottom like previously which makes me worry i created ANOTHER scar in a different spot. Im wondering if the penile stretching is in connection to this but this was a month ago. Ive been doing everything i can to prevent any further damage, I hope placing it over a hot water bottle with my hand lightly over it didnt do anything. It seems to be an isolated incident but it confuses me. Still no pain or increase in curvature but god, I am soooo f'^+'ing tired of worrying about this crap as I do not want to have a shortened, unusable penis at such a young age as Im not a bad looking guy and my penis is fairly large. Any answers would be appreciated
Thanks

Hello! I'm new to this forum. Don't quite know how to navigate from one page to the next. Nevertheless, I ran across your post. I too have a slight curve, just enough to know that it's not a normal curve. Just enough to bother me that's it's not straight. I think you are doing fine. I mean, taking it easy, not pulling on it too hard or fast. I am an older guy and have learned that too much of a good thing will leave you with less sensation in your penis at a later time in life; leaving it hard to get that needed ejaculation. lol. Now I'm treating it like a baby. Using lots of moisturizers to restore the nerve ending. Have you or anyone else had this problem? I mean, lack of sensation?

It seems your main issue is you are injuring yourself. Have you considered seeing a counselor who specialises in sexual issues, if it is an option financially?

Also, hoping you are receiving treatment for your bipolar disorder.  If you're getting manic and masturbationg excessively alert your doc who may need to adjust your meds.
