I am 56 and had a similar experience after having a ureteroscopy and catheter about a year ago to remove a kidney stone that was stuck at the UVJ. Prior to the procedure my penis had a slight curve to the left and a slight downward curve. After the procedure it appeared straighter but with a more pronounced downward curve and it appears I may have also lost some slight length and girth. My urologist has also diagnosed Peyronies but says the disease has not yet "declared itself" (I.e. no plaque has formed). If and when it does, he has discussed the use of XIAFLEX. I have no pain and have been able to have intercourse with my longtime partner. I too suspect it was the ureteroscopy that caused this, of course the original surgeon who performed the procedure dismissed this as the reason. Only after several conversations with my new urologist (who is also a surgeon that I trust), did he say "we don't know if our instruments cause any damage". The downward curve does appear to be lessening so I guess I will continue with the "wait and see" approach for now.
