Seeingimprovements

Hi im 22 and I have been battling with peyronies for the last year (I injured my penis jerking off too hard). I had a noticeable curvature and could feel a lump in my penis. The urologist didnt want to  preform any operation but gave me pentox which helped loosen up the scar tissue. I also stretch regularly and have sex or jerk off about every other day or more too make sure my penis is used to getting blood. My curvature has virtually disappeared when erect now a year later. I still feel the tissue harden up sometimes but i continue my stretching. I did pentox for about 3 months ( 2 pills a day) and then stopped and have been odd it for 3 months now and haven't noticed any signs of regression. I just wanted to post this to provide hope. I still have a slight upward curve but it isnt abnormal looking and is functional. (I was born with a slight curve). The quality of my erections is also just as good as before. I am young and in great shape so that may have been a factor, but dont lose hope stretching and pentox really helps, just dont push it to far.

Hello and welcome! I'm really happy to hear about your improvement. Can you please provide more informations?
For example, how big was your plaque? Did you experience ED when you had the bend? Which protocol do you use for your stretching? Do you take any other supplement? Anything that you think helped? What about your diet?
26 yo from Italy.

From pornstar-like to moderately depressed - still fighting for a solution.

Initially (first 2-4) weeks i experienced stiffness when flaccid and pain. I experienced on and off ED for about 2 months after the initial incident. I had two plaques, one on the top of the shaft about 2/3rds  down from the base and a smaller one on the side shaft. The peak of when stiffness and curvature was the worst was the 3-5 month range. I started taking pentox at the 5-8 month marks. As far as diet im an internment faster and eat balanced macros. I also lift weights 3-4 times a week. I also took ibuprofen whenever i felt alot of inflammation. I would say im currently 90-95% back to normal but i still  a slight more upward curvature where the top plaque was. However it doesn't look odd or prevent me from any sex position. I got an ultrasound at the 6-7 month mark and they said they couldn't find any plaques but my tissue seemed a little denser than normal but nothing to be worried about. The side plague which caused an indentation at the 3-5 month mark is completely gone now. Also sometimes when masturbating i would prevent my penis from giving in too much to the curvature (not necessarily recommending you all do that nor am i sure if that was safe or a good idea but thats what i did). I also tried the common natural supplements but they showed no effect. Pentox, getting the penis filled with blood regularly, and stretching seemed to be the most effective (but not obsessive i noticed that caused more inflammation and set me back).

At its worst the curvature was about 35 degrees. Now its down to probably 10 degrees. But like i said i was born with a slight curvature naturally. I would normally just stretch with my hands for about 15-20 mins each day, usually half in the morning half before bed, I will say this was not a steady improvement there were some set backs where inflammation increased and the plaque appeared to be hardening but overall their was an upward trend in improvement. Im not going to lie that 3-5 month mark was a roller coaster and i was very stressed and depressed. I recommend seeing a urologist and asking about pentox as soon as possible. I was too embarrassed at first but seeing how things were getting worse at the 3-5 month mark i got some. I had to convince my urologist anything was even wrong with me ( so many urologist dont know much about this condition).
