I just want to make sure I'm doing enough to improve my situation possibly even though I have been dealing with this for a year and a half and I've been like, completely impotent for half of that time..

Pentox 3*400mg
Cialis 5mg
L citrulline 2000mg
VED 15 minutes a day

What else can I do?

You're doing really good. Every other supplement or treatment has no scientific evidence behind it; but you can give it a try (i try supplements really often to see if they help).

Two things i can suggest you for your ED and plaque are:
1. Angion Method.
2. Heat therapy.

Regarding the first one, it is a method posted by 'Janus Bifrons' on Thundersplace, a PE forum. Essentially, it's a technique that tremendously improves EQ, an important factor to improve Peyronies Disease. I can't post the link here, just google "Growing your own blood vessels" and search for the post on Thundersplace, it's about 151 pages. You'll find my comments there. If you read other comments, many people say that it was a miracolous method for their ED.

Regarding the second one, there are many studies about heat therapy to soften the plaque and help you to remodel it. The studies also claim that plaque can shrink a lot. Many people here on the forum apply heat therapy, you'll find good infos there.

ATTENTION!!!!!!!
While i'm pretty sure that pentox, ved, cialis and l-citrulline are safe and effective, the methods i suggested you are NOT scientifically proven to be effective and ARE NOT proven to be safe. You should pay a lot of attention while doing Angion Method to the pressure you use for the exercise, for example, or the exact temperature while performing heat therapy. So please inform well about those 2 methods: they gave miracolous results to someone, but i still didn't try it (i just begun with VED and my penis is fatigued - i suffer from ED too. Don't want to add Angion Method too, i'm scared to stress the penis too much).

If you decide to try one of the 2 methods or both of them, please keep us updated.

The lump feels rock solid now, like it's never going to soften but I will keep swallowing these pills.

I've been taking Pentox for about 2 months now and no improvements. I pretty much have zero function now and no feeling in my penis. I feel like if I can soften these lumps I might be able to solve this severe ED.

I don't know if that is just wishful thinking though.

Any advice?

I wish, recommending pe websites and methods would result in temp ban. The amount of people that injure their penis due to this and jelqing alone should be enough....

I would like to specify that i didn't recommend any PE website or method for Peyronie's disease: i said that many people had great results with that method but i warmly invited sonny to take a look by himself. I never said that this is a "cure", and i'm sorry if my words were misinterpreted, probably due to my not-perfect english.

Long story short: Angion Method is NOT a cure for Peyronies Disease (i wasn't here if AM was a cure..) but, reading many comments from people out there, it's really good for ED. Obviously, everything which is not scientifically-proven involves a risk. Even heat therapy, if done without a specific temperature, may result in burning or even worse effects.

I wish i clarified this point, i'm not marketing anything or anyone and i'm not suggesting any method as a 'cure'. Just saying that many people had great benefits with their EQ from it: that's all.
I'm sorry if i broke some rule of the forum, that wasn't my intent.

EDIT: This method is not "jelqing". You don't have to stretch your penis in some strange ways or something similiar. It is all about touching your dorsal vein with really low pressure in a particular way to let the blood flow faster, resulting in the heart pumping more blood below the belt. That's all. I tried it once, and plan to try it in the future again after finishing my ved cycle (6 months). The same for heat therapy.

angien method the new fashion to deceive those who are too innocent, created by the same ones that promote jelqing ..

Comingsoon, as i said, i'm really sorry if it seemed that i was promoting something dangerous. I WASN'T.
But please, before judging anything, go there and check. The author actually says that JELQING IS DANGEROUS, and he says that one should not perform it.

It's a totally different approach; i don't know if it is miracolous as someone says (real comments there..) or not. I shared this because it may be helpful as a last chance for someone who as got severe ED. It's only an information, i didn't command anyone to do this; instead, i always tell anyone to inform theirselves and take their own decisions.

I'll give Angion Method a try after VED, and when i did that, i will report it. I will be a guinea pig and i hope that i'll have some good news for you all.
Wish you the best.
