I feel like that stopping or reducing drinking alcohol had the biggest positive effect on penile health so far!

What do others think? Maybe it is because the body is just really good dehydrated

Of course it has.
No doctor will ever say this, but i guess that there is a specific diet that should be recommended for Peyronie's disease - an antinflammatory and antifibrotic diet.
Much sport and no smoking/drinking is also good.
(but i guess that, in low doses, a beer with friends can only be good..)

alcohol immediatly bring inflamation, smoke immediatly impede with circulation, it's fundamental not to mess with these two things dealing with this shite!

I drink. But in moderation. I quit drinking while in the acute stage.

I had a surgery back in 2014 by a very known urology professor.
He told me to stop smoking immediately and I done as he said. I was a heavy smoker.
He was very much against drugs also
But he also told me that one or 2 glasses of wine or one or 2 beers are good for blood flow and general health :)

I keep it to no more than 3 beers if I go out with friends. Usually just two is enough for me.

Swiss, I am not a doctor, but in my opinion, in your age:
Quote3 beers if I go out with friends. Usually just two is enough for me
Is nothing bad 8) This what I read on the net.
In no way my sentence above is an encouragement to drink :)

you might need 2 or 3 beers for your sanity, but every drop of alcohol is bad for your dicks.

Just to clarify the point:
4 years ago I had a prostate and bladder surgery ( I mention it already a few time)
A very esteemed, world known Urology professor told me:
A coupe of small 330 cc bear or two glasses of wine have very big benefits  8)
So I try to comply with his words :)

I think it's great if you can just have one, but the problem is for many ppl: they can't. I can, but then other days I binge, so I think I have to stop completely. It's not like alcohol is going to improve Peyronie's disease condition, right?
