I'm glad to have stumbled across this forum while researching Peyronies Disease. I'm a 55 year old that started with this problem about a year ago. Have not had any treatments because I don't know where to begin. I have one question I would like answered by men with Peyronies Disease. Did the use of Viagra have anything to do with the on start of Peyronies Disease? My experience is that it did with me. I had the a erection for most of the night but slept thru it and soon after started with Peyronies Disease. Coincident? Or has anyone else experience this?

Welcome to the forum :)
Your post was split and moved here by a moderator so you can have your own topic and members can answer you.
Viagra will not cause Peyronies, but erection of more than 4 hour may cause.
What are your symptoms?
Proposing you to start treatment as soon as you can. Read the forum to understand what kind of treatment other members are doing.
What helped me is VED, Pentox and low dose Cialis.
You have been to a doctor? Someone diagnosed you with Peyronies?
I am also proposing you to read the forum rules

Monty, what if insufficient or less blood through tissue made tissue less flexible, which then made it prone to damages under pressure? I had a stabilized situation with very very rare very very low disconfort only now and then, it was clearly a stabilized peyronie. I also had mild depression which brought my libido very low... Also my penis is most of the time at minimum with very low bloodflow. Recently my libido went high and after prolonged erections and some masturbation i had a new "event" and a new scar...

My personal view (and backed by many doctors) is that Peyronies is caused by NOT using Viagra or Cialis. Men try to have intercourse with a "less than solid" erection and therefore more susceptible to trauma which causes Peyronies.
