Bruise from Ved

Hi Guys; Woke up this morning with a small bruise near base of penis .  Did not feel any pain when using pump last night. I don't know if it was from to much pressure or from twisting the cylinder
after the cylinder fogged up, trying to see my marks I had made for reference. I guess I should wait for the bruise to go away before continuing. I usually do a little traction along with the VED, Should I also put this on hold
