winter is coming
« on: July 04, 2018, 03:04:24 PM »

Here i am, if you read me, long history, pretty stable for years, actually believed an urologist that dismissed it. Few weaks ago the new pain, the dropped erection, the ed whiwh i don't know if it's mental or phisycal, probably both. I had a mild hourglass on the left.

30 yo, alone, currently treating a prostatitis.
This morning i had an erection which seamed stable. This afternoon i felt confident i could masturbate. watched porn, for a few minutes i had a boner, but felt less strong... it eventually went away. Tried to stimulate it, and in pre erection stage i noticed it started going left, apart from the usual down.

This crap is worsening in my eyes again, i don't know what the hell i can do.... I don't know who to talk this with... Hourglass in the left seems a little bit worse, but i could not tell... I noticed a lump on the left, close to the head.

In ed forum i said confidently that i didn't believe in traction or veds... now i am starting to wonder if i should use them while i am in an early stage of this new cycle of peyronie... My head keeps repeating, "do it before it is too late!".

I don't know what to think... Please give me some advice or experience... any word actually might help.

Aggiornaci, e facci sapere come ti va.

Sorry for the italian, but this looked really urgent.

Temo che il verapamil verrà escluso cmq, essendo curvatura ventrale...

so my urologist was for the wait and see, i insisted that i at least wanted an eco color doppler, so i am seeing another urologist tomorrow (on his suggestion) right for that. I will hear after this eco color doppler what this urologist has to say, i hope he propose some treatment of sort, otherwise i might need to search for another one... If anyone know any good and proactive urologist in middle italy, please tell!

I had Verapamil Iontophoresis with Dr. Alessandro Boffini in Rome. He gave me Pentox too.

I am at the Eco doctor, he gave me puncture, it is not working and now I am in the waiting room with an acute pain. Before he gave me puncture he told he could feel a plaque, so in these days I have developed a plaque, which I had not previously (or at least nobody ever could find it). I believe it is a new plaque, I will write shortly.
Pain is high.

So basically he found that plaque, he said to go on the mobic therapy (which to me appear clearly insufficient since pain and bending on the shaft came during the therapy). He also only after I insisted suggested that I could go for a ionophoresys. When I asked with what he didn't want to tell me. He told me the place where I would have been followed he said by physiotherapist. He told me he believed only in this, and did not want to go for ultrasound since he says to go one step at a time and don't want to make me loose money. Everyone apparently care so much about not making me loose money, but nobody wants to help me quickly on a disease that if not stopped lasts for life. Everyone tell me to wait and be patient taking just this anti inflammatory pills. Now I am angry.

Hope what are your experiences with Boffini?

With Boffini, i began immediately the iontophoresis. He is really professional, i had a good experience. I booked 3 iontophoresis every week, for a total of 20 iontophoresis with verapamil. This should stop the inflammation. Furthermore, let him prescribe to you PENTOX 3 capsules daily.

Just to say.. A plaque is visible even with a basic ultrasound, there's no need to use the penile dinamic ultrasound. Every time you use a needle on your penis, you cause more inflammation. Trust me: call Boffini. That's what i did, and my inflammation stopped. I hope you'll have a good therapeutic path with him.

Wish you the best

so, to everyone out there listening.

This morning i spoke with my urologist. We spoke a lot, and i managed appearently to convince him on a couple future cures. As for now he told me to go with shockwave, and also he prescribed some integrators (vit E + paraminobenzoate + some plant extracts). He also told me to go with the VED. These three were the therapy he made me start with.

I have ordered the VED, scheduled the shockwave, and tonight i'll get my hands on this integrators.

There's a but. I have also insisted on the iontophoresis with verapamil, and also asked for the pentox. For the latter he said he's not aware of the relative schedule, and for ionophoresis he told me that he stopped doing those, but appearently he's willing to lend me one of his machines, but he need to take it back from another city... So after the 20th i will probably have my own ionophoresis device and he will instruct me on how to use it, he says... He also apperantly is willing to ask for the pentox therapy to a collegue even if skeptic.

So there are some positives perspective for me with this doctor, which seams a very reassuring and pleasant person to talk these problems with. His willingness to lend me di ionophoresis tool, and his kindness and promptness to answer my worries on the phone, really make me think positively of the treatmente with him. He do really seam a nice an honest person.

My only problem as for now is that the real treatment for me will start on the 18th of july (the shockwave) while i might be able to start the VED sooner, light around this tuesday or thursday at later, most probably the latter. And i am in pain now, and i am a little worried to start VED on this painful stage...

As for the integrators i don't have much faith in them, so even if i will take them right away, i am afraid the placebo won't take place...

What do you think guys? Will i survive 10 days without pentox, iontophoresis and ESWT?

please let me know what you think.

Yes you’ll be good, 10 days won’t make much of a difference.
