Dosage problems?

Did anyone else get GI issues from 3x a day pentox? I dropped to 2x and it got better but is that often enough to be effective? Can I take more than one at a time and it still be effective?

I started 1*400 mg per day, after one week increased to 2*400 mg, after an other week 3*400 mg.
In this way, the body get used to it.
Always with meal, lat at least 3 hours before getting to bad, to avoid the side effects.
Some people have not side effects at all, even with 6*400 mg daily dose.
