Has anyone heard of Pentox causing or strengthen varicose veins?

It just could be the heat or genetics, but my veins worsened a lot since taking Pentox for almost 2 months now. Could there be a correlation?

Haven't heard of it but meds should always be suspected if a new symptom surfaces following starting it.  Maybe try a couple weeks without it and see if the symptoms diminish?

I couldn't find anything on the web. I will follow your advice and try taking less first and than none for some time...

Can't be correlation in my opinion and experience.
When I was on Pentox, many of my friends in my age and also younger stated that my face and feet got better, the small red an blue veins disappeared and my skin get younger. My face got pinkish and not reddish like before

@james1947

My new hypothesis is that it might have a negative effect when I take 2x400mg in one time. My legs always felt heavy and veins would hurt partly.

I am going to contact my doctor and a vein expert.

You may be right Alexander as Pentox makes the red blood cells flexible and they can penetrate even the smallest veins.
I never used 2*400 mg in one time, used 3*400 mg per day, separated by 6 hours more or less.
