Hi Everyone,

Just want to take a moment and share my update:

Current Oral Regiment:
Medicine:
400 mg of Pentoxifylline/Trental, 3x daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Cialis 5mg 1xday

Supplements:
Natural 200mg Vit E 2x daily (Tocopherol in the morning, Tocotrienol in the evening, very important, Plain old Vitamin E is not as effective.  Look for brand A.C. Grace for both solutions)

Multi-Vitamin 1x every other day (with lunch). Please take a multi that is sourced from natural ingredients, authentic vitamins can be toxic.

Vitamin D 1x 2000IU daily (I tested low for Vit D)

Acetyl L-Carnitine 1.5 - 3 grams per day divided into 2 or 3 dose
(Acetyl-L-Carnitine acts as antioxidants and as such can help with the Peyronie's healing process and may help restore cells that have been damaged by inflammation.)

L-Citrulline 1500 mg daily (L-Citrulline powder from Doctor's Best brand)(replaces L-Arg)
So L-Citrulline works similarly to L-Arginine, i.e. may help with erection quality. However, there are indications that L-Citrulline supplementation is a more effective method of increasing the L-Arginine level in the body then L-Arginine supplementation. This is because L-Citrulline turns into L-Arginine in the kidneys after supplementation.

Ubiquinol 100MG 2xday (is the better version of C0Q10 supplement)

Topical:
Castor Oil 1x Daily

Physical Regiment
Traction:
RestoreX - 30 minutes twice daily (15 min straight, 15 min bent to 90 degrees position or more) - plan to do this for 6 months

Exercise:
4 X Week

Diet:
Very healthy

Notes

I started to work in some VED but found that it was too much strain on my penis and am only doing the RestoreX.  I do not recommend doing both traction and VED in the same course of therapy.

Results

I started off with nearly a 90 degree lateral curve and today that is gone.  Left in it's place is a dent that seems to be lessening.  I plan to keep on using the RestoreX till July 1st, thats 3 months.  At that point, I will probably do another 3 months of RestoreX or move to VED therapy.  I like the idea of 6 months of RestoreX and then VED for x Months.

I have been taking the meds listed above for 3 months now, and I have decided to take a short break (started a few days ago), 1 month.  I am going to continue taking the supplements.

I have only had intercourse a few times and it was without pain and felt normal for us both.

I used heat on and off, but have mixed feeling whether it was helping or hurting and have not heard of any doctors recommending it.

If my dent relaxes 50%, I will be fine... if it doesn't and I stay like this, I will be fine... I think with Traction and VED, from what I see so far, the dent is going to relax more than it has in just a few months.  Staying and thinking positive helps.  Working out in the gym, getting cardio in, living my life normally, enjoying family time, all helps.  If you let yourself get depressed and you get out of shape, you will have a NEW problem in addition to your other issues to deal with.  Minimize the negative issues in your life and focus on healing, healthy, family, and good thoughts.

I will be in touch soon and I hope this helps at least 1 person =)

1. I never had any pain
2. The 90 degree curve went away pretty quickly, 6 weeks or so, and left a dent/constriction half ring toward the base emanating from the left side.  I'm basically straight now, probably as straight as I was before since I always had a slight curve left.
3. I think that everyone's case is different, that traction and oral meds might work for me and not for others.  I think that since I started with oral meds and traction within 2 weeks of first presenting symptoms was important.
4. I took a vacation over the last 3 weeks, did traction only 1x per day, missed a few days, did not take Pentox, no improvement during this time, and saw some curve return a few mornings.  Gave myself an erection today, looks very similar to the pics I took 3 weeks ago.  I'm back on Pentox and supplements now and will take traction to 3x daily for the next 4 weeks to make up for the last 3 weeks.
5. I want to see what VED does for my dent... but feel like I need to give traction more time, and my body time to heal as well.  My body has always healed well.
6. I have been taking pics all along, I am happy to share them.  Which thread should I post in?
7. I think the RestoreX is a great device, it's very professionally designed and only has to be used 30m per stretch... I could not imagine wearing a device half the day.
