Been here for years. Rumors about scifi-like penile tissue regeneration, stem cells and all that have been here for years too now. So far I'm walking around with a scarred and inflamed dick for 6 years now and no doctor can even stabilize it let alone reverse this. Even if I could get my original dick size back I wouldn't be happy anymore knowing that I was always just boringly average anyway.. so.. any hope of ever having a satisfying sex life or should I just do what seems most logical and settle for being a cuck like loads of impotent/small dicked men? It's the only realistic kind of relationsship to find unless I marry someone who doesnt have a sex drive at all...
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

Hrvat21

Did you try VED, traction, pentox and so on, did you restore any size? Did you leave your dick alone to heal? Maybe you can restore size, i hope i will, as i don't want to have small dick, or even average or be impotent

Hi popopo, i'm 24. I know this is tremendously frustrating. I'll try to give you a tip which i use:
the technique which i use when i'm frustrated and overwhelmed is to check the clinical trials, the drug developmental section, and to search for something new that someone is experimenting. It looks ridicolous, maybe, but i feel updated on the medical research and i feel i'm active in this disease, instead of being passive.

Kind regards
26 yo from Italy.

I don't want to ruin your enthusiasm hope794, but I think that the method you use to cool down is anything but calming. Years and years have passed but nothing "revolutionary" has come yet from developmental procedures. I sincerely hope it doesn't happen to you, but you'll risk to soon find yourself really frustrated, instead of relieved, while waiting for a miracolous breakthrough from developmental drugs, surgeries or whatever.

I speak by personal experience.

popopo

Exactly, I kinda settle for feeling frustrated now. I can tell myself this is in my control, but it really isn't. I tried abstaining to let my penis heal, but also tried VED and neither work for me.

I'm afraid that in the next 10 years there's a high probability that nothing will change. I don't know how to cope with this. When you finally did realised that nothing has changed for the last 40 or more years, it's strongly crushed you.

Hrvat21

There is so much you can try and do, VED, traction, all those supplements, medicine even penile exercise and similar stuff, even new things like h 100. At the end there is allways a possiblity of implant. Yes, it's hard to live through this, but all those  treatements have much promise, only problem is the fact that nothing is garanteed, but there are many people that have fixed their dicks, and had many improvements, some even came out from this disease with bigger penises then they had before. We just need to be paitent with treating this, which is very hard when it's about your penis, but abstinence, presistence and not giving up can i believe give us very good results. It's just hard as F~@<

I highly doubt this has ever occurred to anybody.

By the way I don't expect much from research specifically focused on peyronie's disease: it's almost non-existent and if something comes out, most of the time is useful (and not for sure) only for the acute phase (like the h-100). Most of the people here are chronic and need something in order to reverse stable fibrosis. We can only hope that something like this gets developed for other fibrotic conditions/diseases wich researchers actually care for (such as ipf or scleroderma): it would eventually be useful for penile fibrosis too.

I agree with all of you for the rest. It's totally crappy  having to "sit on a bench", watching your own youth fly away and your peers enjoying themselves, while you can't.

So nobody here has ANY news about possible solutions in the future?

Sorry my friend, but it seems like nobody gives a sh#t about males problems like Peyronies Disease, ED, micropenises/small penises. We're stuck.

Werther

Nobody here is Nostradamus.

By the way, the only thing I saw that looks like it could be one of the "possibile solutions in the future" is the transplant: there have been two positive reports lately (one in the USA this year and the other one last year in South Africa) that add to previous successful surgeries of the same kind. However I honestly don't know if it will ever be proposed as a treatment for people with ED and/or fibrosis and, if that was the case, I also don't know if I would ever feel comfortable with getting my penis chopped off and replaced with another guy's one.

Then there's Atala's phase1 trial and maybe antifibrotic drugs that are being tested and we don't know of (like I stated in my previous comment, something for other lethal fibrotic diseases).

I guess that's all.

SF99

What about H-100? The preliminary trials at least seem to be pretty promising.
21 y/o. Indent and pain on lower left part of shaft.

Werther

I've already expressed my opinion on it. It's the umpteenth compund that should target inflammation, so that it could maybe be useful in the early stages of the disease. If you take a look at the related thread, you can see that Hybrid Medical's cofounder has said the same thing.

Most of the people here (and in general) need something to address existing fibrosis, rather than inflammation. H-100 looks like totally useless for guys in the chronic phase.

Hey I was reading your post and noticed you said some guys on the forum came to an end result that left them with an even bigger penis than they had before. I was just wondering if you could give me the usernames or a link to them because I'd love to read up on their stories due to the fact that I am loosing size as well.

I suspect H-100 doesn't deserve all the credit for helping with curvatures. It's more likely hand modeling, massaging and traction one does in conjunction with it. As for pain/inflammation? I can't comment personally, but a lot can change in the amount of time for it's recommended usage, especially in the acute phase.

You can't get bigger than what you was born with without surgery!

Have to agree with this. If it appears longer to you AFTER peyronie's, it's likely you were never seeing your "full potential" to begin with.

james1947

Many surgeons are proposing penis lengthening and girth increasing surgeries, of many kind.
Myself will never do such surgery as I read about many disasters!
The only one that it may be legit for me is the release of the suspensory ligaments that makes your hidden part of the penis to appear.
Some people were happy with it, some not so, as the erected penis will not point up without manual help.

It is my opinion, not an advice, other people may think different!

It doesn't work like that. It doesn't work at all.

Just have sex man, stop worrying too much about it....

My post stating:

Is based on reading all the posts on this forum in the last 9 years, including all the posts before I joined and also from other sources on the web.
It is not in any case an advice to do such surgery!
Everyone should decide alone what to do with his dick!
