As of the start of this post (June 11, 2018), I am currently almost 7 weeks in since my first symptom appeared on April 23, 2018. I would like to use this post as a way for me to keep track of my progress and if anyone wants to ask questions or give advice, please feel free to. I will try to be as detailed as possible. (Should I include pictures?)

BACKGROUND

I'm a 24 year old Asian currently living in Thailand. My erect penis length is 5.9in bone-pressed and 4.72in circumference around the widest part, though it gets somewhat narrower towards the base. My flaccid penis is around 3.4in long (kind of hard to measure this). My penis had always been completely straight both flaccid and erect. However, it did tend to lean/point (not curve) to the right while it's semi-erect. I am also uncircumcised.

I pretty much masturbated once a day, though twice a day is common especially on weekends. Occasionally, I would masturbate three times a day when I'm really free though I have gone up to four before. These sessions would usually be evenly spaced out throughout the day (e.g. one morning, one night) though on rare occasions I'd do it twice in a row. I have a girlfriend who I engage in sexual activities with though we've never had intercourse.

SYMPTOMS (will keep this updated from time to time or if there are any noticeable developments)

My first symptom started out of the blue with no injury nor any noticeable problem I can recall. I woke up in the morning and noticed that my semi-erect penis (around 50-70% erect) had a roughly 15 degree curve to the left. The curves look more like it goes straight at the base then hinges left around mid-shaft. For the first 3-4 weeks, these only occur some mornings right after waking up when my penis is semi-erect. The degree of curvature is typically 5-10 degrees. No pain, plaque, dent, erect curvature, or anything else. Progression since then is detailed below:

Week 7 (11/6/18)
1.) Flaccid is quite confusing. It actually looks like it slightly curves right when the foreskin is in place and looks straight when I pull it back and have it rest behind the glans (if this makes sense). It's only when I pull it taut/all the way back that you can notice a slight left curve starting from the corona sulcus/neck of the glans (~5-10 degrees). This is present throughout the day.
2.) Semi-erect (up to like 50%) also acts the same as the flaccid. However, semi-erect also shows the most evident curvature, though only in the morning after waking up (sometimes I notice some very slight itching after this happens). These curves vary from 5-10 degrees depending on the day and the hardness of the penis upon waking
3.) Erect still perfectly the same and completely straight
4.) No palpable plaque. No noticeable plaque by either me or two urologists I've visited whose had experience with Peyronie's (will get into this later).
5.) No dents or hourglassing
6.) No pain. There may be some slight tingling/mild pain/itchy sensations in my flaccid penis from time to time. These feelings are barely noticeable and hard to describe and seem to occur on both sides of the penis.
7.) A couple of thin protruding veins on the left side of the penis and one on the right. These were not present until around 3 weeks after noticing the first symptoms. These are usually present after getting an erection and would remain in the flaccid state for a while. Sometimes there would be some mild aching with them. I am fairly sure that any or at least most pain/ache I've felt so far has been caused by these veins, since there was none before these developed.

Week 7 (12/6/18)
- Very surprisingly, today I woke up with a very noticeable curve to the RIGHT (around 15 degrees) when I was around 50% erect. This is slightly more of a curve than my usual 5-10 degree curve to the left each morning that looks more like a bend/hinge. I did wake up once before with a somewhat curve to the right, though it wasn't really obvious then so i didn't pay much attention. Of course, the surprising thing is that every other day my penis curves, it was to the left and NOT the right. Might also be of note is that both times they were placed on the right side of my underwear.
- The only other times my penis seems to curve right is when it's flaccid with the foreskin covering the glans and when it's just beginning to get hard following this (this is for other times other than the morning left curves). This doesn't happen all the time and I have always attributed this to the right lean my penis has always had and the way flaccid penises may get turned/bent depending on how they're positioned in your pants.

Week 10 (2/7/18)
- I am somewhat convinced the curve seems to have changed from left to right. For the past two weeks, I believe only 1-2 days did my penis curve left after waking up. The other times it was a right curve of varying degrees (no more than 5-15 degrees). Flaccid, it also seems to be curving right somewhat and also leaning towards that side. This flaccid characteristic had been present since more or less the beginning though it's hard to tell since my penis have always had a slight pull to the right.
- The slight flaccid left curve beneath the corona is still there, but less noticeable than before.
- These semi-erect curves still happens pretty much only in the mornings and would disappear within the hour after waking up. Throughout the day only the flaccid curve remains.
- Still completely normal when fully erect. I have pictures of my erect penis from 1-2 years ago and they still look the same. I only have like 2 pictures of it semi-erect and those were taken at an angle, so they were harder to use as a comparison to now.

- My Penimaster Pro did arrive though I haven't fully tried it on yet. Will find time to.

Week 23 (around 5 months in) (25/9/18) (NEW UPDATE)
- Peyronies Disease progression has been slow but there IS some progression I'm sure. Honestly it's been quite mild compared to other cases I've read here (even my girlfriend doesn't notice it until I point it out)
- However, I'm quite sure both left and right side of my penis has been affected to some degree
- My fully erect penis is still completely the same (for those of you who didn't experience a curved erection right away, at what point did you start noticing it?)
LEFT SIDE
- Was the first side that I noticed; however, the curve doesn't seem to have progressed and only a periodic curve at random times are still occurring (e.g. after waking up; during weird cases of hard flaccid while the penis is deflating)
- The degree of curvature has also not gotten worse
- The most progression might be that I notice a dent that appears on the left side whenever I have a bowel movement. This disappears within a few seconds
RIGHT SIDE
- This is the more "permanent" one. A curve is present on the right side when it's flaccid up to the point of around 80% erect, before disappearing beyond that point (curve around 5-10 degrees; the worse was like 15 degrees during this weird hard flaccid when it was deflating)
- The dent on this side also appears during bowel movement, but less noticeable than the dent on the left side
- Curve is also worse in the morning and gets more mild throughout the day
TREATMENT
- I've stopped taking VitE and Pentox and I really don't notice any difference in the rate of progression; however, I'm still taking Coq10 around once a day (150mg)
- Not sure if I should go back to those or adopt something different

Side Question: How should I observe my penis to check for Peyronie's? Should I pull my foreskin back taut or just leave it in place? Asking this since the different shapes and looks of your penis including minor ridges or dents look differently depending on this.

CURRENT ACTIONS / TREATMENTS

Urologist Visits
- Visited two urologists. First one in the first week and the second one in the fourth week. Both of these I decided to visit because I've read in forums that they've had extensive with Peyronie's.
- First urologist said he doubts it's Peyronie's nor the beginning of Peyronie's since (1) no pain (2) no palpable plaque (3) perfectly straight erection. This is quite textbook so I'm skeptical. He explained that the curve during semi-erection may be due to blood filling in the two corpus Cavernosum at a different rate, with the left side filling up slower. Again, quite skeptical. says oral treatments haven't proven to be effective and the only sure way is surgery.
- Second urologist said pretty much the same thing, apart from the blood filling up unevenly explanation. Does not recommend oral treatments due to side effects and not being effective. Says only sure way was surgery if it warrants it.
- Needless to say, the two visits didn't really help apart from short-term relief.

Treatments
- Vitamin E (500 IU) daily since the first week
- CoQ10 (200mg)daily since week 4
- Pentoxifylline (400mg) 2-3 times a day since week 9
- Tried using hand warmers to heat up penis twice (around 3 hours each time) but stopped. Since it's quite evident that I'm in the acute phase, there is likely still active inflammation and I've read pretty much everywhere that heat makes inflammation worse, so I'd rather not risk it. Once it's chronic, then I'll turn to heat. I'd like to know some thoughts on this course of action.
- Ordered the Penimaster Pro and it should be arriving in a week or two.

Masturbation
- In terms of masturbation, I've been scaling back only just a bit. I still masturbate around once a day and sometimes twice during the weekends. I did masturbate 3/day on two occasions since the first symptoms appeared. Frankly speaking, I like masturbating, and I'm quite unsure about what to do regarding masturbation and I'm aware there's differing opinions on this forum on masturbation's effects on Peyronie's. Quite a few of the improvement stories say they believed their lack of masturbation/sexual activity was a main factor, though they also pretty much used VED and traction so I'm quite skeptical.
- In terms of inflammation, will masturbating cause it to be more inflamed? I'm currently somewhat believing this, though still skeptical. And how come masturbating is technically considered more harmful than getting an erection? Considering that for an uncircumcised guy like me, it's pretty much just sliding the foreskin up and down, so it's not directly injuring the area. Or is the harmful effects due to erections and the act of ejaculating causing irritation to the area?

------------------

That's about all I can think of right now. Let me know if I should add something else or do anything differently.

Sounds like a great plan.  I'm with the school of thought if you're erect and not excessively rough nasturbation is a good thing.  You may want up consider adding low dose cialis at bedtime as well.  Good luck and keep us posted.

Just posted an update (I know, so soon) yesterday since my penis actually curved the opposite way that morning. Normally, it more so hinges 5-10 degrees left but yesterday I woke up with a 15 degree curve to the right (around 40-50% erect). This is very baffling to say the least, since shouldn't the curve in Peyronie's be consistent? Even if there's somehow plaque that developed on both sides, shouldn't it appear as hourglassing on both sides instead of switching back and forth the direction of the curve? It should be noted that every other time (perhaps one other time that didn't look so clear) my penis bends left.

Anyone experienced something similar before?

Added a new update. I'll maybe also add a few pictures this week since I think those would be easier to illustrate my condition than a wall of text  ;D

It's been quite weird.. The disease seems to be progressing but quite slowly, so I'm quite optimistic. However, it's only been 5 months in and as I've read, it can progress for as long as 18 months.
