U shaped penis?

Anyone else have multiple plaques causing their penis to bend in an almost horseshoe or u like shape? I have multiple dorsal plaques. When I went to the urologist in April I was already at a 90 degree upward bend. At that time i had a plaque covering the top half. Since then I've had a plaque form at the base that caused a corkscrew like effect which later hardened and it straightened back out but caused a u like bend.
