Just found this forum thought I'd try to see what others are going through and what solutions are out there, I'm 54 years old, I've had an autoimmune illness for many years. which may have contributed to  My situation. It  literally happened overnight, from what I believed was a period hight hormone level / prolonged erection overnight and it got trapped in the pair of underwear I was wearing, it didn't hurt that much but was swollen and ended up with 30 degree upward bend, trying to see what is the most successful treatments

See a peyronies specialist ASAP.  Consider pentox, low dose daily cialis coupled w traction/VED.  Good luck, you're in the right place for good info and support.
