Large scar, little bend

So my Uro told me my scar is large, and my ultra sound notes said 'large calcification', and I'd guess the last 1/3rd almost of my penis is scarred. Yet I have almost no bend, and it's been about six months. I was in the hospital for a week with pancreatitis, and didn't take Cialis, Pentox, or verapamil pills or cream the whole week. When I got home I noticed a little bit more of a bend, and a small indent on one side just before my glan.

I know there's little rhyme or reason with Peyronies Disease, and I'm knocking on wood here, but I'm not sure how a large scar doesn't equate to a real bend. My only thought is the locations of my scars don't effect my Corpous Caverous much. Or that since I was on top of this from day one, and actually started using Cialis for a few months before I first noticed a small lump, that the Cialis and soon after Pentox helped my plaques stay soft-ish. They were very hard till a couple months ago, yet even then I had essentially no bend. I have a slight congenital curve in the same direction my bend seems to be going, so perhaps that played a role.

Or Peyronies Disease is so unpredictable, essentially anything can happen. Also when someone's Peyronies Disease "resolves" itself, and any deformity goes away, do most of those people's plaques shrink away? Or do they stay, but just stop deforming? I'm paranoid one morning I'll wake up with a serious bend or something, and I still get some serious pain at times with hard errections. So I'm thinking I have another 6-18 month before I become stage 2 stable.
