Does calcification necessarily mean I have Peyronies?

Hi guys

Not sure if I'm posting in the correct area but here goes.

For the past 8 months I've suffered from debilitating Chronic pelvic pain, but haven't had any penis abnormalities until 10 weeks ago. One day after masturbation I noticed my flaccid penis was angling to the right with some indentation and noticeable pain throughout penis where there was none before. Additionally my penis had become hard flaccid. My erections are extremely painful with pronounced enlarged dorsal vein and smaller gland than usual. The bend only seems to be noticeable in flaccid state but it sometimes goes to the left and inconsistent in the way it bends.

The other day I had a Doppler to rule out any plaque/calcification/fibrosis. The technician was overly vocal, initially she told me I don't have peyronies but then further commented that here is some calcification.

Does this mean I have peyronies? I'm still waiting for the doctors report but she has me a little freaked out. Up until this point I had figured I just have hard flaccid as a symptom of my chronic pelvic pain.

Any advice/guidance would be much appreciated.

My advice is to wait for the doctor.  The technicians are great people, but they really dont know how to read these things and you should never go by their word.  Imaging most of the time is not black and white, there is a lot of gray areas and its something of an art as well as science to read.  The doctor will look at your overall history, not just an ultrasound to make a call.  Stay calm and hope it turns out to be nothing.
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

Thank you for your response. It turns out I spoke with the head doctor after making a complaint and there were no calcification but some abnormalities averaging maybe 1mm but nothing to be concerned about. No scar tissue or fibrosis according to him on the phone. Does this sound like Peyronies? Very worried still but I do have some peace of mind.

Let's think logically:
Quotecommented that here is some calcification.
If don't have plaque, what is calcified?
Quoteno calcification but some abnormalities
What are the abnormalities?
In both cases like playing with words

You need a second opinion, from a Peyronies specialist, nut a regular urologist.

I'm cognitively impaired, I may have written this wrong. The technician said there was calcification, the doctor said there was none.

He couldn't comment on the abnormalities other than it was potentially healthy penis tissue and the ultrasound shows a lot of grey areas. I'll talk with a peyronies specialist to  hopefully get more clarity.

Thanks
