I will start from the beginning, about a year and a half ago now I began to get an erection in tightly fitted pants which i then hear and felt a very small pop. After that instance I developed hard flaccid where my penis was constantly stuck in a shrunken state completely unable to get and erection and would not react to temperature as well. This went on for about a month.

As time went by I still suffer from on and off hard flaccid a year and a half later. My flaccid penis takes the shape of an hourglass only when it is flaccid, but again this is on and off, usually in the cold, at work, or when im anxious. When I am completely erect my penis is straight with no deformity. I have had successful and unsuccessful sex through this year and a half. No pain in a erection whatsoever. There are times when my flaccid penis hangs soft and large and times when my penis is shrivled and firm with and hourglass shape to it. These symptoms also flare up after sex, masturbation, or ejaculation, the dent on my penis becomes more pronounced but goes down after a hot bath or from laying down.

I have been told by a number of urologists that I have no plague and that this is not peyronies. One interesting thing to note is that when I do certain pelvic floor stretches my penis almost instantly drops and becomes extremely soft and flexible, just like it was pre accident.

Does anyone have a clue as to what this might be?

I have hard flaccid, too, but mine was from a masturbation injury... however, I'm pretty convinced my original U curve of 40-45 degrees was caused by wearing skinny fitted jeans every day while going to school. Stories like this aren't that common, but not unheard of.

So I have this theory that hard flaccid is a result of tearing somewhere in the penis, and the tearing doesn't heal. This would explain why people who've visited pelvic floor specialists still have symptoms years later. Any injury to the penis can send your pelvic floor berserk... at least, this is how it was in my case.

Hourglassing while flaccid shouldn't concern you too much. especially if there's no pain. I'd suggest getting a referral to a pelvic physiotherapist and see if that helps. Research pentox, and if you feel like you need it, ask your doctor for a prescription.

What you describe I would not consider to be Peyronies. There are other issues for hard/flaccid, it is not indicative of Peyronies.
