Corpus sponge damage, any ideas?

I just discovered something new possibly the source of all my pain!

So i was breaking my nofap cycle as it seems to not be helping only making things worse.

I felt down the CS its normal/semi differnt on the penis itself but when i get to the base there is an abrupt bump outwards and it feels like the meat has been mutilated from the base to right past the testicles. Normal/hard feeling in perineum area.  

--I originally presented with SEVERE testicle pain and epididymal swelling and no doctor could explain it, now im starting to think i have scarring on the penile tissue that splits right between the sack, which was causing the referred pain. When i tried to do any type of traction this is the first spot that wants to cause pain and retract back to protect itself.

Can anyone else relate or have any advise on this problem?
