Using traction for penile fracture

Can traction also be used for penile fracture, the sympthoms of penile fracture being similar as peyronies, but tissue actually being broken instead of just curved

I don't see how traction would help. Never heard of traction being used for penile fracture.
Maybe could even cause more damage.
