Emerging penile veins - because of traction?

I registered on this forum because initially I thought I might have Peyronies Disease, but luckily in my case it just seems to be an injury of the penile suspensory ligament which caused a curvature and some skin issues such as emerging penile veins.

In the beginning of the year I bought a Penimaster PRO to straighten it out again, but after just one session of very light traction I noticed that a vein on the right side of my shaft that had not been visible before the injury had emerged significantly. I was scared that the traction had done further damage and have never used the Penimaster again since.

In the last few months - while my suspensory ligament has got a bit better - the veins have developed heavily and if it continues my penis will soon be fully covered by them. Most of the branches originate from the biggest vein on the right side where I got injured, but there is also one on the other side. I got it checked by several urologists - they all have no clue what is causing it and only assure me that it's nothing to worry about. But obviously it looks pretty unpleasant.

Has anyone experienced emerging veins caused by traction? Do you think it's possible that this issue got caused by my singular experiment with traction, or maybe the strain just accelerated a development that had already started before?

Hey doji, Sorry I actually have not experienced that with traction yet as I have not yet chosen a traction device. I'm not too sure if I have peyronies anymore but I do have some slight bending at the base. I just think it may have been because of an injury to the suspensory ligament. Did you also have a bend even though it is not peyronies?

Hi Doji,

I do have new veins which developped on my shaft along the last 6 months; just like you, I have no bloody clue about their cause (but I tend to think traction and/or VED started it), and just like you my uros tell me not to worry about it...

Sorry for my late response. I didn't expect anyone would respond to my original post anymore.

Yes, as I said I have a curvature from my suspensory ligament injury, which is not a bend of the shaft itself, but mostly a different erection angle (pointing away from the injured side). It seems that my ligament is still getting better and so are my erections, so I still have some hope that the curvature will decrease a bit over time.

Gabriel, how long have you practiced VED and traction before you noticed the emerging veins? I have found some posts in penis training forums of people saying that their jelqing seemed to have made their veins more prominent, so this link is not unlikely. However, as I said I only had a single session of traction and it's a bit hard to believe that 2 hours of stretching caused so much damage...

Hello Doji,

My turn to be sorry: I'm on vacation so I tend to be much less active here^^!

From what you say to experience, your body seems on a good path to heal itself overtime. That's great news!

Regarding your veins, I don't think either that on session of traction could have make them bigger so quickly. Personnally I practiced VED and traction for like a few weeks before I notice bigger veins, BUT I'm not sure it's directly related: I actually started VED, pentox, cialis and lots of other stuff in the same time, so I can't tell precisely who did what.

Plus, about this condition, you'll find as always every possible advices: I too found some who say that bigger veins come from jelqing and are good (on jelqing forums), some who say they are a bad sign (on "medicine" forums), some who say we don't know but don't give a sh*t as there is nothing to worry about (my uro)... Personnally I do stopped worring about this fact for the moment and put it in my Peyronie's "I-don't-fuc*ing-know-and-I-focus-on-more-serious-symptoms" box ^^!

if it comes from jelqing it's a bad sign for sure
